Abstract
In regard to the mismatch between weak-matrix organizational management mode and new aerospace projects,difficulties in the project management of the DFH-3E new platform are analyzed.On this basis,a project management method for the first-flight satellite of the new platform is proposed,including hierarchical project scope management,schedule management based on the principle of"act in advance",risk management based on multi-dimensional classifi-cation,design-oriented cost control,selection-based human resource management,stakeholder-analysis-based communication management,and contingency-plan-based orbit-transfer flight quality management.This method has been verified in the development process of the first-flight satellite,APSTAR-6E.Practices show that this project management method effectively improves the weak-matrix organizational management mode and can provide reference for subsequent new aerospace projects.关键词
