摘要

Abstract

Based on the structural layout constraints of an fully electric propulsion satellite,a multi-degree-of-freedom deployable vector adjustment mechanism configuration design is pro-posed in this paper.It comprehensively considers the functions that the satellite needs to per-form,such as transfer orbit maneuvers,north-south position preservation in geostationary orbit,east-west position preservation,momentum unloading,etc.,refines the pointing position and range requirements for each direction,analyzes the four-degree-of-freedom requirements of the deployable vector adjustment mechanism,and evaluates the reachable range of each joint arrange-ment in the mechanism according to the demands of the fully-electric propulsion pointing mis-sion.Finally,by establishing a mathematical model,the pointing range is reviewed and verified.Validation through APSTAR-6E satellite demonstrates that the configuration design is reasonable and can provide reference for the design of multi-functional vector adjustment mechanisms.
