Abstract
Developing new quality productive forces is a practical need for building a maritime power.The article elaborates on the internal mechanism of the integration of the"Five Chains"to empower new quality productivity,and proposes implementation paths for the practical chal-lenges of the development of marine new quality productivity.Specific action paths have been proposed to accelerate the upgrading of the marine industry structure,construct an innovative system for marine industry development,provide policies for marine industry development,in-novate talent resource guarantee models,and promote green development of the marine economy through the integration of the"Five Chains"to empower the marine new quality pro-ductive forces.关键词
