Abstract
The new quality productive forces theory is an important theoretical innovation of the Communist Party of China in the new era.It is deeply rooted in the Marxist productivity theory,especially highlighting the core driving role of scientific and technological innovation on produc-tivity.At the same time,systematic thinking method of Marxism is used to explain the practical path of developing the new quality productive forces.The new quality productive forces theory provides a solid theoretical support and action guide for the high-quality development in various fields.The ocean is the focus of high-quality development.The new quality productivity of the ocean puts forward new requirements for the development of labourer,object of labour and means of labour in the marine field,and pays attention to the optimization combination of the three to produce greater synergy.It is necessary to develop marine new quality productive forces from the aspects of scientific and technological innovation,talent supply,emerging and future industries,green development,and expanding high-level opening up to the outside world,so as to provide a blue driving force for high-quality marine development.In the new era,it is of profound value to strengthen marine consciousness and tap the huge potential of marine new quality productivity.关键词
