摘要

Abstract

In order to promote the high-quality development of coastal areas,and to strongly support and promote Chinese modernization,the development of new quality productive forces has become an intrinsic core driving force and strategic point.This paper focuses on the basic components of new quality productive forces:new labourer,new object of labour and new means of la-bour,and constructs an evaluation system of new quality productive forces in China's coastal provinces,in order to quantify the level of development of new quality productive forces in coastal areas and its influencing factors.Firstly,this paper applies the entropy-weighted TOPSIS model to meas-ure the development level of new quality productive forces in coastal provinces;secondly,the measurement results are used as the a priori sample pairs of the integrated learning model for training and testing.In addition,this paper introduces the SHAP model for visual analysis to re-veal the degree of influence of each indicator on the new quality productive forces.The results show that:(1)the level of new quality productive forces in coastal provinces rises steadily over time,but the overall level is low;(2)the development imbalance between regions is significant,with the Eastern Oceanic Economic Circle leading the way,forming a stepped distri-bution pattern,and the regional differences widen over time,but the polarization phenomenon has been mitigated;(3)The increase in the level of new quality productive forces in the coastal area is the result of a combination of factors such as scientific and technological innovation,dig-ital economy,talent training,green and low-carbon development,etc.
