"大食物观"背景下浙江省水产品有效供给研究
Research on Effective Supply of Aquatic Products in Zhejiang Province Under the Background of"All-Encompassing Approach to Food"
摘要
Abstract
The effective supply of aquatic products is an important part of food security,and es-tablishing"All-encompassing approach to food"is an important measure to ensure food security.In this paper,based on relevant data from the China Fishery Statistical Yearbook and Zhejiang Statistical Yearbook from 2013 to 2022,the theories related to supply and demand of microeco-nomics and the literature study were used to conduct an analysis of the current supply status of aquatic products in Zhejiang Province.The study found that the development of aquatic products in Zhejiang Province mainly faces problems such as sluggish growth in the sustainable and stable supply of diversified aquatic products,fine and deep processing techniques of aquatic products need to be improved,and the supervision of the quality and safety of aquatic products needs to be strengthened.The corresponding solutions include broadening the supply channels of aquatic products,improving the level of fine and deep processing of aquatic products,and strengthening the safety supervision of aquatic products.The effective supply of aquatic products in Zhejiang Province should focus on the development of fishing industry,while also taking into account the coordinated development of aquaculture and aquatic product processing industry.关键词
