Research on the Path of Change of the Global Ocean Governance System From the Perspective of a Maritime Community With Shared Future
摘要
Abstract
The current global ocean governance system,in the face of the ever-emerging ocean issues and disputes,has demonstrated such governance dilemmas as lagging concepts,institu-tional deficiencies and structural imbalances.The change of the global ocean governance system is not only in line with the objective law of globalization,but also closely meets the urgent needs of the current global ocean governance.As an innovative theory,the concept of community of maritime destiny proposed by China is systematic,comprehensive,logical and rich in connota-tion,covering the value connotation of the five dimensions of politics,economy,culture,ecolo-gy and security,and providing scientific,practical and contemporary theoretical guidance and value orientation for global ocean governance.The connotations of"cooperation and win-win,""common interests,"and"fairness and justice"contained in this concept can go beyond the ocean governance concept led by"nationalism",overcome the fragmented paradigm of ocean governance system,abandon the"center periphery"style ocean governance structure,and pro-mote the development of the international ocean order towards a more just,reasonable,and sustainable direction.关键词
