大黄鱼复合性状选育子代F2和F3经济性状和遗传力分析
Economic Characters and Heritability Analysis of F2 and F3 Progeny of Larimichthys crocea With Complex Traits

Abstract
Based on the population of Min-Yuedong Larimichthys crocea,population selection was carried out by carrying out the complex characteristics of slender body size,golden body color and fast growth rate,and the growth performance,body size,back blue-yellow value and heritability of the selected offspring F2 and F3 were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the absolute weight gain rate,body length/body height,caudal stalk length/caudal stalk height and body color of F2 and F3 progeny of 6~24 months were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The heritability of body mass,body length/height,caudal stalk length/caudal stalk height and back blue-yellow value of the selected offspring F2 were 0.01~0.31,0.08~0.60,0.21~0.34 and 0.32~0.46,respectively.The heritability of body mass,body length/body height,caudal stalk length/caudal stalk height and back blue-yellow value of offspring F3 were 0.02~0.56,0.18~0.78,0.17~0.39 and 0.36~0.64,respectively.The size,body color and growth rate of the selected progeny of Larimichthys crocea were supe-rior to those of the control group,and the economic traits of the selected progeny F3 were more advantageous than those of the selected progeny F2.The results showed that the economic traits of growth,body size and body color of Larimichthys crocea cultured population could be signifi-cantly improved by using multiple traits in Larimichthys crocea population selection.关键词
