Study on the Spatial Planning of German Exclusive Economic Zone
摘要
Abstract
Exclusive Economic Zone(EEZ)has become a potential space for western coastal countries to expand marine activities in recent years.The latest German EEZ plan in 2021 has further strengthened its ability to control the sea under its jurisdiction and expanded the space for"blue development".The paper analyses the features of the German EEZ plan,such as set-ting priority zones for key industries,mapping out all the protection and utilization activities,and the adaptive management of alternately sea-use,etc.Taking into account the actual situation in China,the article puts forward suggestions for improving the expression of China's marine planning,detailing zoning and control requirements,and exploring the planning of EEZ and continental shelf.关键词
