海水样本采集中存在的质量问题与思考
The quality issues and considerations in seawater sample col-lection

Abstract
Deep-sea water sampling at specific depths is the most common and routine operation in modern oceanographic monitoring practices.When sampling,the operators have to face the dual challenge of avoiding contamination from the sur-rounding environment as well as monitoring each sampling bottle and ensuring the accurate working of each bottle as in-tended.The authors recently conducted a series of research activities involving oceanographic monitoring in the Western Pacific Ocean.In this article,we employed the data generated from this trip and identified that the performance of an indi-vidual sampling bottle can greatly impact the quality of the deep-sea water sample.We propose a new design and quality criteria for a next-generation seawater sampling device based on the analysis of real-world data.关键词
