路基上CRTSIII型底座板施工早期温度场分布特征
Early temperature field distribution characteristics of CRTSIII type base plate construction on roadbed

Abstract
In order to explore the distribution law of early temperature field during the construction of CRTSIII type base plates in actual environments,an early temperature field model for base plate construction was established.Real time meteorological data was used as the model boundary condition to analyze the influence of concrete hydration heat release,typical time temperature field distribution,and early temperature field history during the construction process of base plates on a certain area's roadbed.The research results show that hydration heat release significantly increases the temperature around the base plate.Compared with the temperature field of the base plate without considering the influence of hydration heat,the maximum temperature increase amplitude is about 9.0℃.The range of hydration heat influence is in the transverse 3.7 m wide and vertical 0.8 m deep area of the base plate.In the early stage of base plate construction,there is a large horizontal temperature gradient,which decreases rapidly with the hydration reaction and then fluctuates slightly with the environment.In the early stages of construction,the vertical temperature gradient is significantly greater than the horizontal temperature gradient,and is significantly affected by the environment.When the concrete pouring time is in early June,the maximum temperature difference between the surface of the base plate and the temperature exceeds the specifications.The base plate needs to take corresponding cooling measures.When the concrete pouring time is in early December,the minimum temperature on the surface of the base plate is below 5℃for a long time,and corresponding insulation measures need to be taken during the construction period.关键词
