Abstract

In order to study the influence of the re-twisting of the circumferential joint bolt on the longitudinal stiffness of the shield tunnel,the tensile test of the circumferential joint of the shield tunnel segment with a geometric similarity ratio of 1∶1 was carried out,and the opening amount of the circumferential joint,the strain of the bolt and the segment concrete under the action of tension were obtained.The test results show that during the tensile process of the segment circumferential joint,the bending bolt is stretched and deformed under the action of tension,so that the inner arc surface of the bending bolt is in contact with the concrete,resulting in tensile strain on the concrete of the joint surface of the segment,and compressive strain and tensile strain on the concrete near the joint surface of the inner arc surface of the segment.After the re-screwing of the ring joint bolt,the inner arc surface of the bending bolt is larger and the contact is better than that of the concrete.The re-screwing of the ring joint bolt significantly improves the tensile stiffness of the segment ring joint.Based on the calculation method of the longitudinal stiffness of the shield tunnel,the longitudinal stiffness of the shield tunnel before and after the re-screwing of the segment joint bolts is obtained.The comparative analysis shows that the longitudinal stiffness of the shield tunnel increases by about 21.8%after the re-screwing of the segment joint bolts.When the circumferential joint of shield tunnel adopts the bending bolt,the influence factors of the tensile stiffness of the circumferential joint include the diameter of the bending bolt,the material modulus and strength of the bending bolt,the arc of the bending bolt,the thickness of the plastic sleeve of the bolt hole and the elastic modulus of the material.
