High efficiency synchronous rectification switch type super-capacitor charging management chip
摘要
Abstract
An efficient and high-power charging management integrated circuit for super-capacitors was designed.A novel constant current and constant voltage charging control loop was designed using a step-down switch topology and an average current mode control method,achieving efficient,high-precision,and high-power charging management for supercapacitors.Based on 0.18 μm BCD process,the simulation and experimental results show that the chip can operate in a wide input voltage range of 6~36 V,with an output voltage range of 1.2~34.0 V,a switching frequency of 500 kHz,a maximum charging current of 20 A,and a peak efficiency of 95.28%.关键词
