Abstract
Non-indication medication,unreasonable usage and dosage,unreasonable selection of drug varieties and un-reasonable course of treatment are the main problems of irrational drug use in clinical diagnosis and treatment.It will not only ad-versely affect the clinical treatment of patients,but also increase the medical cost and treatment time of patients,and even lead to the occurrence of adverse drug events.As a fine management method,the drug treatment pathway formulated according to a cer-tain disease or a certain drug can effectively promote the rational use of drugs in clinic.At the same time,on the premise of ensur-ing the same treatment for the same disease and the safety of medical quality,it can also significantly reduce the drug cost of pa-tients.At present,some pharmacists in medical institutions in China have begun to study in this field.This paper reviews the for-mulation and application of drug treatment pathway,and provides reference for the promotion of drug treatment pathway in clini-cal departments.关键词
