Professor Niu Jianzhao's Experience in Treating Menopause Syndrome

Abstract
Menopause syndrome is a series of physical and psychological symptoms triggered by the fluctuation or reduction of sex hormones before and after menopause in women.With the acceleration of the aging process in China,the incidence of this disorder has been rising year by year.Professor Niu Jianzhao,a national-level famous veteran doctor in traditional Chinese medicine,has been involved in clinical and teaching work for over 50 years and is highly experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of various difficult and complicated gynecological diseases.Professor Niu points out that the etiology and pathogenesis of menopause syndrome are complex,and the disease is not the result of a lesion in a single organ.The main location of the disease is in the kidney,and it is closely related to the heart,liver,and spleen,mainly manifested as kidney Yin deficiency,disharmony between the heart and kidney,liver depression and kidney deficiency,and spleen-kidney deficiency.Clinically,Professor Niu uses her self-designed modified Gengnian Prescription according to the clinical symptoms to treat this disorder,achieving remarkable results and winning wide recognition.关键词
