摘要
Abstract
Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN)is a disease caused by Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)and leading to damage to kidneys,with a long course and tendency to recur.The pathogenesis of HSPN is complex,involving immune complex deposition,inflammation,and cytokines,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.Professor Gao Zhi believes that HSPN is mostly rooted in deficiency with intermixed exogenous pathogenic factors.He has formulated Zidian Ningshen Decoction to treat this disease,which has achieved good clinical efficacy.This paper summarizes Professor Gao Zhi's experience in treating HSPN with Zidian Ningshen Decoction and presents a case for clinical reference,providing new ideas and guidance for clinical practice.关键词
