Abstract
This paper summarized a case of Professor Wei Ming's treatment of abdominal pain after aortic dissection by syndrome differentiation using traditional Chinese medicine therapies and conducted a literature review.Aortic dissection is one of the life-threatening cardiovascular emergencies.Surgical treatment is the optimal emergency plan for this disease,but postoperative complications and adverse reactions cannot be ignored.Relevant studies have shown that the adverse reactions after aortic dissection can affect multiple systemic organs throughout the body,including digestive organs.This paper described the process of Professor Wei Ming in treating a patient with abdominal pain after aortic dissection.The patient was diagnosed with Qi deficiency and blood stasis according to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation.Professor Wei Ming strictly adhered to the pathogenesis of the disease and prescribed medications based on the treatment principle of invigorating the spleen and removing blood stasis.After treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,the patient's abdominal pain was greatly relieved,achieving good curative effects.This paper analyzed this medical case,summarized Professor Wei Ming's clinical thinking and medication characteristics,and emphasized protecting the spleen and stomach,regulating Qi and blood,and ensuring the recovery of the functions of the zang-fu organs and the circulation of Qi and blood in the body,so as to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
