摘要
Abstract
Non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(NA-AION)is a type of disease in which the optic nerve experiences an acute circulatory disorder,leading to damage to its function.It has the characteristics of sudden onset,complex condition,long course,and poor prognosis.The treatment of NA-AION with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has always been a research hotspot in the field of TCM.This paper analyzed the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment principles of NA-AION according to the theory of elevating clear Qi and lowering turbid Qi,providing a new perspective for the treatment of this disease with TCM.关键词
