Abstract
This article sorts out the understanding of"stagnation"and"purging"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),explores the connotation of"purging method for stagnation",and takes yin abscess,which is characterized by yin cold internal accumulation and yang qi obstruction as the key pathogenesis,as an example to discuss the principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment,as well as the clinical application of"purging method for stagnation"in treating yin abscess."Purging method for stagnation"refers to the treatment of diseases caused by yang qi obstruction by unblocking yang qi and removing stagnation.Yin abscess is caused by various exogenous and endogenous factors,leading to yin cold accumulation,qi and blood stasis,and impaired movement of yang qi.The treatment should use methods to unblock yang,dissipate cold,resolve phlegm,circulate qi,and remove blood stasis,ultimately restoring the normal movement of yang qi in the body.关键词
