Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of modified Da Cheng Qi Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot pack in the treatment of moderately severe acute pancreatitis(MSAP)complicated by intestinal paralysis and summarize the key points of nursing operation.Methods 72 patients diagnosed with MSAP complicated by intestinal paralysis in Xuyi County T.C.M Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given a conventional Western medicine treatment plan,comprehensive nursing,and soapy water enema,and the observation group was given a conventional Western medicine treatment plan,comprehensive nursing,and modified Da Cheng Qi Decoction combined with a traditional Chinese medicine hot pack on the abdomen.The treatment effects,the time of abdominal distension relief after treatment,the recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of first anal gas,and the time of first defecation of the two groups were compared,and the complications were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%,and that of the control group was 75.96%.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but the marked response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of abdominal distension relief after treatment,the recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of first anal gas,and the time of first defecation of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Modified Da Cheng Qi Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot pack on the abdomen can effectively alleviate MSAP complicated by intestinal paralysis,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the overall treatment effect.关键词
