Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huangqi Yishen Decoction combined with Irbesartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 154 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to Liangzhou Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Huangqi Yishen Decoction combined with Western medicine.The glucose metabolism indexes,renal function indexes,blood lipid levels,incidence of adverse reactions,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the insulin resistance index,fasting blood glucose,2 h post-prandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,renal function,TG,and TC levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the pancreatic beta-cell function index and HDL-c levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huangqi Yishen Decoction and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy has achieved a satisfactory therapeutic effect.It can improve the levels of renal function and glucose metabolism indexes of patients with high safety.关键词
