摘要

Abstract

China has clearly set specific targets for reducing energy consumption per unit of GDP,aiming to reduce carbon emissions by improving energy efficiency and promoting the growth of renewable energy generation capacity.Taking a certain energy and chemical industrial park in northwest China as an example,this study investigates the current situation of pollution reduction and carbon reduction in the park,analyzes the existing problems,such as the lack of exploration and application of new and efficient emission reduction technologies,and proposes a feasible collaborative and efficient path for pollution reduction and carbon reduction in the park.These paths include understanding the bottom line of pollution reduction and carbon reduction in industrial parks to evaluate the potential for collaborative efficiency,building an intelligent management platform for pollution reduction and carbon reduction in industrial parks,implementing"three lines and one order"collaborative efficiency measures,and summarizing technical requirements,in order to provide reference for management personnel related to pollution reduction and carbon reduction in industrial parks.
