Stakeholder Pressure,Corporate Risk-Taking Willingness and Innovation Resilience
摘要
Abstract
Based on data from Chinese listed companies from 2008 to 2022,this study analyzes the impact of stakeholder pressure on corporate innovation resilience.The results indicate that stakeholder pressure has a significant positive effect on innovation resilience.Specifically,stakeholder pressure enhances innovation resilience by increasing the willingness of enterprises to take risks.Furthermore,when enterprises themselves face relatively low operational risks,the positive effect of stakeholder pressure on innovation resilience,as well as the mediating role of enterprises'willingness to take risks,becomes more pronounced.Firms should closely monitor,accurately interpret,and effectively leverage stakeholder pressure while appropriately increasing their risk-taking willingness to enhance innova-tion resilience.关键词
