经鼻湿化快速充气交换通气在改良电休克治疗中的应用
Application of transnasal humidified rapid-insufflation ventilatory ex-change in modified electroconvulsive therapy

Abstract
Objective To explore of the effect of transnasal humidified rapid-insufflation ventilatory exchange(THRIVE)technique in the application of modified electroconvulsive therapy.Methods A total of 84 inpatients who received modified electroconvultic therapy in the Fifth People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from January to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the mask group and the THRIVE group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The mask group received pure oxygen with mask,and the THRIVE group received oxygen with THRIVE.The systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR),arterial pH value,partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)in artery and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,PaO2 in mask group was higher than that in THRIVE group,and PaCO2 was lower than that in THRIVE group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in pH value between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in HR,SBP and DBP between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In MECT treatment,the THRIVE technique slows down CO2 accumulation and ex-tends the safe apnea time,serving as a beneficial supplement.关键词
