活心丸对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者血脂水平及心功能指标的影响
Effect of Huoxin Pill on blood lipid level and cardiac function index in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxin Pill on stable angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 72 patients with CHD stable angina pectoris admitted to First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(36 cases)and observation group(36 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Huoxin Pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,blood lipid levels(total cholesterol[TC],high density lipoprotein cholesterol[HDL-C],triglyceride[TG],low density lipoprotein cholesterol[LDL-C]),cardiac function indexes,angina pectoris and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,N-terminal prosoma of B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and angina pectoris in two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,NT-proBNP and angina pectoris in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and HDL-C levels in two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and LVEF and HDL-C level in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The duration of angina pectoris attack in two groups after treatment were shorter than those before treatment,and the duration of angina pectoris attack in observation group was shorter than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The effect of Huoxin Pill on CHD patients with stable angina pectoris is good,which can regulate blood lipid level,improve heart function,relieve and reduce the attack of angina pectoris.It is safe and reliable,and worth popularizing.关键词
