穴位按摩联合芳香疗法对中老年大肠癌化疗患者睡眠障碍的影响
Effect of acupoint massage combined with aromatherapy on sleep disor-ders in middle-aged and elderly patients with colorectal cancer undergo-ing chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage combined with aromatherapy on sleep disorders in mid-dle-aged and elderly patients with colorectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 147 middle-aged and elderly patients with colorectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into acupoint group(49 cases),aromatic group(49 cases)and combination group(49 cases).The acupoint group was given single acupoint massage,the aromatic group was given single aromatherapy,and the combination group was given acupoint massage combined with aromatherapy.The sleep(Pittsburgh sleep quality index[PSQI])and quality of life(quality of life questionnare-core 30[QLQ-C30])were compared among the three groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,hypnotic drugs and total score in PSQI score of the combination group were higher than those of the acupoint group and the aromatic group,the scores of sleep time,sleep onset time,sleep quality and daytime dysfunction of the combination group were lower than those of the acupoint group and the aromatic group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical function,role function and general health in QLQ-C30 of the combination group were higher than those of the acupoint group and the aromatic group,the scores of emotional function and cognitive function were lower than those of the acupoint group and the aromatic group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with single acupoint massage or aromatherapy,acupoint massage combined with aromatherapy can better improve the sleep and quality of life of middle-aged and elderly patients with colorectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy.关键词
