补肾固齿丸联合多西环素治疗糖尿病性牙周炎的效果
Effect of Bushen Guchi Pills combined with Doxycycline in the treatment of diabetes periodontitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Gushi Pills combined with Doxycycline on diabetic periodontitis.Methods A total of 62 patients with diabetes mellitus combined with periodontitis admitted to the Department of Stomatolo-gy of Guangzhou Dongsheng Hospital from January to March 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received Doxycycline,and the observation group received bushen Gushi Pills combined Doxycycline treatment.Periodontal index,comprehensive efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The pocket depth(PD),attachment level(AL)and tooth mobility(TM)after treatment were lower than those before treatment in the two groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of PD,AL and TM in the observa-tion group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bushen Gushi Pills and Doxycycline can effectively improve PD,AL,TM and other periodontal indexes of patients with diabetic periodontitis,improve the therapeutic effect,does not increase the risk of adverse reactions,and has good safety and clinical value.关键词
