赣州地区妇女围绝经期综合征的发生状况调查及相关因素分析
Investigation of the occurrence of perimenopausal syndrome in women in Ganzhou area and analysis of related factors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the occurrence of perimenopausal syndrome in women in Ganzhou area and analyze the related factors.Methods A total of 337 patients treated in Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the occurrence of perimenopausal syndrome,they were divided into perimenopausal syndrome group and non-perimenopenopausal syndrome group.General data of the two groups were analyzed.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to explore the related factors of perimenopausal syndrome in women in Ganzhou area.Results Among 337 patients,241(71.51％)had perimenopausal syndrome,and the remaining 96(28.49％)did not.In the severity of the disease,the proportion of moderate was the highest(61.00％).Univariate analysis showed that education level,menstrual change,body mass index(BMI)and exercise were related to the occurrence of perimenopausal syndrome,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Multivariate logis-tic regression model analysis results showed that education level(β=1.002,OR=2.724,95％CI:1.229-6.036),men-strual changes(β=1.078,OR=2.939,95％CI:1.214-7.113),BMI(β=1.269,OR=3.557,95％CI:1.676-7.551),exercise(β=1.115,OR=3.050,95％CI:1.295-7.182)were independent risk factors for perimenopausal syndrome in Ganzhou wom-en(P＜0.05).Conclusion The incidence of perimenopausal syndrome is high in Ganzhou area,and the severity of the dis-ease is moderate,vertigo,insomnia,fatigue and fatigue are the main symptoms.The related factors of perimenopausal syndrome in women in Ganzhou area are education level,menstrual change,BMI and exercise,which should be paid attention to clinically.关键词
