灾害脆弱性分析在医护人员中的应用效果
Application effect of hazard&vulnerability assessment in medical staff
摘要
Abstract
Objective Hazard&vulnerability assessment(HVA)was carried out for medical staff to observe the improvement effect on their emergency response capacity.Methods According to the practical experience of clinical work and literature reference cases,an HVA team was set up in the Department of Emergency Medicine of Jiangxi Cancer Hospital,and brain-storming comprehensive evaluation and screening index was used to construct a relevant index system for the evaluation of medical staff's emergency handling ability according to the risk value assessment scale of Kaiser model.Ten medical staff in Department of Emergency Medicine of Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from J anu ary 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.Members of the group were invited to evaluate the severity and possibility of risk indicators in the form of a questionnaire,and then their risk values were calculated in detail and evaluated using the risk assessment matrix.Results According to the HVA calculation,the top 4 items of the risk value were lack of systematic training(38.52％),poor work response ability(37.69％),lack of work organization(37.22％)and weak sense of responsibility(37.14％).It was necessary to determine the priority dangerous events for medical staff to deal with,and clarify the main contents of emergency response ability of medical workers.Conclusion HVA was used in this study to determine the risk factors related to the weak emergency response capability of medical staff.Therefore,managers should focus on strengthening practical operation-related learning according to their actual needs,and pay attention to the training of practical skills in time,so as to improve the comprehensive ability of medical staff for emergency handling.关键词
