超声引导下尿管球囊扩张术治疗宫颈癌术后神经源性膀胱患者1例
Treatment of neurogenic bladder after radical resection of cervical can-cer by ultrasound-guided balloon urethral dilation:a case report
摘要
Abstract
Cervical cancer is one of the most common diseases affecting women's health.Extensive hysterectomy is an im-portant treatment for this disease,but it can cause different degrees of damage to pelvic nerve and pelvic plexus nerve during the operation,resulting in postoperative urinary retention and other bladder dysfunction,which poses a great threat to pa-tients'physical and mental health and quality of life.This paper reports a case of patients with neurogenic bladder after cervical cancer surgery who were successfully treated with ultrasound-guided balloon dilation of external urethral sphincter.Ultrasound-guided balloon dilation of urethral external sphincter can reduce the tension of urethral external sphincter,reduce the bladder outlet resistance,and improve the neurogenic bladder dysfunction.关键词
