接纳承诺疗法护理对青少年非自杀性自伤行为的干预效果
Intervention effect of acceptance and commitment therapy nursing on adolescents' non-suicidal self-injury behavior

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT)nursing intervention on non-suici-dal self-injury(NSSI)in adolescents.Methods A total of 80 adolescent patients with NSSI behavior who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from July 2023 to December 2023 were selected as study objects,and they were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received ACT nursing in combination with the control group.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Chinese version of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISD),acceptance and action questionnaire-2nd edition(AAQ-2)and Ottawa self-injury inventory(OSI)were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in SAS,SDS,CD-RISD,AAQ-2 and OSI scores between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After intervention,SAS,SDS,AAQ-2 and OSI scores between the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of CD-RISD in the two groups after intervention were higher than before intervention,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion ACT intervention can alleviate patients'negative emotions,improve acceptance and com-mitment,and enhance psychological resilience to a certain extent,providing theoretical guidance for clinical practice.关键词
