Abstract
Objective To explore the preventive value of evidence-based nursing model for hypothermia during laparo-scopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer,and to provide basis for improving the safety and recovery quality of patients.Methods A total of 92 patients underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the First Hospital of Putian City from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected by simple random sampling method,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,while the observation group received routine nursing combined with evidence-based nursing.Anal temperature(before surgery,after anesthesia,1,2 h during surgery)and postoperative resuscitation(time of full wakefulness,time of extubation,and time of hospitalization),the occurrence of chills and agitation,anxiety before and after nursing(Hamilton anxiety scale[HAMA]score)and pain changes(visual analogue scale[VAS])were compared between the two groups.Results The anal temperatures of two groups after anesthesia,1,2 h during operation were lower than those be-fore operation,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The anal temperatures in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 1 and 2 h during operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The time of full wakefulness,extubation and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidences of chills and agitation in the obser-vation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,HAMA and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can better manage the body temperature during operation,shorten the recovery time,reduce the incidences of chills and agitation,relieve anxiety,reduce pain and promote the recovery of patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.关键词
