Research progress on the influencing factors of out-of-hospital exercise compliance in stroke patients
摘要
Abstract
Stroke,a major global non-communicable disease,has a high disability and mortality rate that not only pro-foundly affects the quality of daily life of patients,but also brings a heavy burden to the social economy.Rehabilitation exercise,as a key strategy to promote the functional recovery of stroke patients,is directly related to the final recovery status of patients.Although patients usually showed high exercise compliance during hospitalization with intensive and systematic rehabilitation intervention,the compliance of out-of-hospital exercise was significantly lower than that during hospitalization,and out-of-hospital exercise became a bottleneck restricting the further improvement of rehabilitation effect.In view of this,in-depth exploration of the core factors affecting the compliance of stroke patients with out-of-hospital exer-cise has become a scientific research problem that needs to be overcome urgently.In order to fully understand and deal with this phenomenon,this paper comprehensively expounds the current research status and latest progress of the influencing factors of out-of-hospital exercise compliance in stroke patients from three perspectives:environmental dimension,individual characteristics and psychological level.关键词
