香砂六君丸对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠的干预效果
Intervention effect of Xiangsha Liujun Pills on ulcerative colitis rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the intervention effect of Xiangsha Liujun Pills on ulcerative colitis rats.Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,positive group and treatment group,with 10 rats in each group.The ulcerative colitis model was established by 2,4,6-trinitro-benzenesulfonic acid(TNBS)/ethanol enema.The positive group and the treatment group were gavaged with Sulfasalazine(420 mg/kg)and Xiangsha Liujun Pills(1.4 g/kg),respectively.The blank group and the model group were gavaged with the same amount of normal saline.After 7 days of continuous administration,the disease activity index(DAI),colonmucosa damage index(CMDI)and histopathological score(HS)were evaluated and compared.Results The DAI scores of the treatment group from the 4th to 7th day after administration were lower than those on the 1st day after administration,and the DAI scores of the treatment group from the 3rd to 7th day after administration were lower than those of the model group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After the last administration,the CMDI and HS score of the treatment group were lower than those of the model group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Liujun Pills has a good therapeutic effect on rats with ulcerative colitis,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
