Effect of indocyanine green fluorescence navigation method on periopera-tive clinical effect in patients undergoing thoracoscopic anatomical seg-mentectomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of indocyanine green(ICG)fluorescence navigation method and inflation-col-lapse method in determining the intersegmental plane during thoracoscopic anatomical segmentectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients with lung tumors who underwent thoracoscopic anatomical segmentectomy in Pingxiang People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The observation group used ICG fluorescence navigation method,and the control group used inflation-collapse method.The surgical conditions,perioperative indicators and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the postoperative pain score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in intraoper-ative blood loss,resection margin distance,postoperative extubation time,postoperative hospital stay,and total hospitalization cost between the two groups(P＞0.05).The incidence of lung air leakage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of pulmonary infection and hemoptysis between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion ICG method can accurately determine the intersegmental plane in thoracoscopic anatomical segmentectomy,which is safe and practical.关键词
