乳酸脱氢酶A和脂质运载蛋白-2在甲状腺乳头状癌血清中的表达水平及其临床意义
Expression levels of lactate dehydrogenase A and lipocalin-2 in serum of thyroid papillary carcinoma and their clinical significance

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of lactate dehydrogenase A(LDHA)and lipocalin-2(LCN2)in serum of patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma(PTC).Methods A total of 61 patients with PTC(malignant group)and 36 patients with benign thyroid nodule(benign group)admitted to Zhejiang Cancer Hospital from September 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the protein concentrations of LDHA and LCN2 in blood samples were determined by enzymed-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and ultrasound diagnosis was performed.ROC curve was used to evaluate the efficacy of LDHA and LCN2 in the diagnosis of PTC.Results The levels of LDHA,LCN2 and their combined detection in the malignant group were higher than those in the benign group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of combined detection of serum LDHA and LCN2,serum LDHA detection,serum LCN2 detection and ultrasound were 0.908,0.849,0.812 and 0.811,respectively,and the sensitivity were 93.44％,81.97％,85.25％and 88.52％,respectively,and the specificity were 80.56％,80.56％,72.22％and 59.33％,respectively.Conclusion Serum LDHA expression level has potential clinical value in differentiating benign and malignant thyroid nodules.In addition,the combination of LDHA and LCN2 showed higher accuracy in differentiating benign and malignant nodules,providing a new idea for the accurate diagnosis of PTC.关键词
