舒适护理模式对慢性阻塞性肺病患者护理效果的meta分析
Meta-analysis of nursing effect of comfort nursing mode on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the nursing effect of comfort nursing mode on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods In the clinical studies on the nursing effect of comfort nursing on patients with COPD retrieved from PubMed,VIP,CNKI and Wanfang data,9 clinical studies were finally included through the exclusion standard,with a total sample size of 840 cases,including 420 cases in the experimental group and 420 cases in the control group.meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results Comfort nursing in COPD patients with anxiety symptom score(SMD=-3.92,95％CI:-4.98--2.57,P＜0.000 01),depression symptom score(SMD=-4.20,95％CI:-6.12--2.28,P＜0.000 01),quality of life score(SMD=4.37,95％CI:2.74-6.00,P＜0.000 01),pulmonary function index forced expira-tory volume in the first second(SMD=1.44,95％CI:0.88-2.00,P＜0.000 01),the pulmonary function index forced vital ca-pacity in the first second(SMD=0.68,95％CI:0.36-1.00,P＜0.000 01)significantly improved compared with conventional care,and also significantly improved patient satisfaction(OR=7.55,95％CI:3.58-15.90,P＜0.0001),the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Comfort nursing mode has more advantages in nursing effect of COPD patients than conventional nursing.关键词
