高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒预后的影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the prognostic factors of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for acute carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods A total of 95 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning admitted to Nanjing Zijin Hospital from January 2014 to May 2017 were retrospectively selected as the research objects.According to the prognosis,they were divided into observation group(67 cases)and control group(28 cases).The observation group met the criteria of cure,and the control group met the criteria of improvement or ineffective.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that the prognosis of acute carbon monoxide poisoning was related to age,degree of poisoning,time of starting hyperbaric oxygen treatment and frequency of hyperbaric oxygen treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Multivariate analysis by logistic regression model showed that the degree of poisoning(β=1.267 4,OR=3.551 6,95％CI:1.509 3-8.357 3)and the time of starting hyperbaric oxygen treatment(β=1.059 3,OR=2.884 4,95％CI:1.081 0-7.695 8)were independent risk factors for the prognosis of acute carbon monoxide poisoning(P＜0.05),while the frequency of hyperbaric oxygen treatment(β=-1.131 9,OR=0.322 4,95％CI:0.128 0-0.812 2)was independent protective factor for the prognosis of acute carbon monoxide poisoning(P＜0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for acute carbon monoxide poisoning should be im-plemented as early as possible,and the frequency of hyperbaric oxygen therapy should be increased as much as possible according to the condition,so as to improve the prognosis of patients to the greatest extent.关键词
