体外冲击波结合仰头推正法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果
Clinical effect of extracorporeal shockwave combined with head up push-ing method in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of extracorporeal shockwave combined with head up pushing method in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated in Ganzhou Hospital of TCM from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received acupuncture treatment,and the treatment group received extracorporeal shockwave therapy combined with the head up pushing method.The neck and shoulder function,treatment effect and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the neck dis-ability index(NDI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of extracorporeal shockwave and head up pushing method can improve the function of the neck and shoulder of the patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,reduce the degree of pain,and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.关键词
