海金沙提取液联合茶油外敷治疗带状疱疹的临床效果
Clinical effect of Extracting Solution of Spora Lygodii combined with camellia oil on herpes zoster
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Extracting Solution of Spora Lygodii combined with camellia oil on herpes zoster.Methods A total of 60 patients with herpes zoster admitted to Tongren People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as research objects and they were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Acyclovir,Pregabalin and Mecobalamine,and the experimental group was treated with Extracting Solution of Spora Lygodii combined with camellia oil.The clinical effect,pain degree,herpes evaluation indexes(time of blister arrest,scab,scab removal)and adverse reac-tions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and VAS score in experimental group was lower than that of control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The blister stop time,scab formation time and scab removal time of experimental group were shorter than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracting Solution of Spora Lygodii combined with camellia oil is effective in the treatment of herpes zoster,which can shorten the course of treatment,relieve pain and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.关键词
