白蛋白、血清前白蛋白、胆碱酯酶与脑卒中长期卧床患者营养状况的相关性分析
Correlation analysis of albumin,serum prealbumin,cholinesterase and nutritional status in long-term bedridden patients with stroke

Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between nutritional status and albumin(ALB),serum prealbumin(PA)and cholinesterase(CHE)in long-term bedridden patients with stroke.Methods A total of 72 patients with long-term bedridden stroke admitted to the Nanning Eighth People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as study subjects.According to the scores of the nutrition risk screening 2022(NRS-2002),they were divided into the nutritional risk group(NRS-2002≥ 3 points,n=42)and the non-nutritional risk group(NRS-2002＜3 points,n=30).The differences of serum indexes such as ALB,PA,CHE,hemoglobin(HGB)and body mass index(BMI)were compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between different nutritional status and BMI,HGB,ALB,PA and CHE.Results The HGB,ALB,PA,CHE and BMI of the nutritional risk group were lower than those of the non-nutritional risk group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that BMI(r=-0.426,P=0.038),HGB(r=-0.361,P=0.026),ALB(r=-0.441,P=0.042),PA(r=-0.346,P=0.018),CHE(r=-0.461,P=0.044)were negatively correlated with the score of NRS-2002.Conclusion ALB,PA and CHE can be used to evaluate the nutritional status of long-term bedridden patients with stroke,which can provide reference for clinicians to make rational nutrition intervention programs.关键词
