自拟养血祛风方加减治疗儿童慢性荨麻疹的临床效果
Clinical effect of self-designed Yangxue Qufeng Prescription on chronic urticaria in children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect and side effects of self-designed Yangxue Qufeng Prescription on chronic urticaria(CU)in children.Methods Fifty children with CU in Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital from February 2022 to September 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride Oral Liquid,and the observation group was treated with self-designed Yangxue Qufeng Prescription.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed,and the recurrence rate was followed up 1 month after the end of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The chronic urticaria scale(CUS)score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Self-designed Yangxue Qufeng Prescription is safe and effective in the treatment of CU in children,especially in reducing the recurrence rate.关键词
