动态脑电图联合CT在缺血缺氧性脑病患儿早期诊断中的应用
Application of video electroencephalography combined with CT in early diagnosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of video electroencephalography(VEEG)combined with CT in early diagnosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods A total of 100 hospitalized children with suspected HIE admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from July 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was examined by CT,and the experimental group was examined by VEEG combined with CT.The coincidence rate of HIE clinical grade diagnosis,Apgar score,intracranial hemorrhage rate,hearing,vision and intelligence at 1,3 and 6 months after birth were compared between the two groups.Results The accuracy of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in sensitivity and specificity between the two groups(P＞0.05).The total coincidence rate of diagnosis of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).At 1 and 5 min after birth,the Apgar scores of experimental group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of intracranial hemorrhage between the two groups(P＞0.05).At 1,3 and 6 months after birth,there were no significant differences between the two groups in auditory threshold,visual acuity and intelligence(P＞0.05).Conclusion VEEG combined with CT examination can detect brain function abnormalities in children with HIE early,and provide early intervention to children with HIE and dynamically adjust and optimize the diagnosis and treatment plan,which is helpful to reduce the disability rate and mortality rate of newborns.关键词
