Abstract
Objective To investigate the blood features of Balthazar CT classification imaging in Lemmel syndrome pancre-atitis.Methods The clinical data of 89 patients with acute pancreatitis caused by Lemmel syndrome admitted to Jinjiang Municipal Hospital from February 2011 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and the size, type, contents and Balthazar CT classification of juxtapapillary duodenal diverticulum were observed. Results Among the 89 patients,31 cases were small diverticulum,50 cases were medium diverticulum, and 8 cases were large diverticulum. The relationship between diverticulum and duodenal papilla was observed in 23 cases, marginal type in 21 cases and peripheral type in 45 cases.Di-verticulum contained only gas in 43 cases and food, gas and liquid in 46 cases. There were 9 cases in Balthazar CT classification low-risk group and 80 cases in high-risk group, including 1 case in grade A,8 cases in grade B,31 cases in grade C,31 cases in grade D and 18 cases in grade E.There were significant differences in the difference of diverticulum size in different Balthazar CT grades was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the types and contents of diverticulum with different Balthazar CT grades(P>0.05).Conclusion The CT classification of Balthazar reflects the severity of acute pancreatitis, diverticulum increases the risk of the high-risk group, and multi-slice spiral CT can clearly display the condition of diverticulum and the lower common bile duct, which is very important for the clinical treatment of pancreatitis caused by Lemmel syndrome.关键词
