全国名老中医傅淑清基于"痰-气-火"论治小儿咳嗽病的用药规律分析
Medication rules analysis of Fu Shuqing,a national famous expert of tra-ditional Chinese medicine,treating pediatric cough based on"phlegm-qi-fire"

Abstract
Objective To find out the medication rules and clinical experience of the national famous traditional Chinese medicine expert Fu Shuqing's treatment of pediatric cough.Methods The outpatient prescription data of Director Fu Shuqing's pediatric cough treatment from January 2015 to July 2016 were collected,sorted out and extracted,and the frequency,association rules and cluster analysis of the prescription data were carried out using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform v 3.0.Results A total of 87 kinds of drugs were included in 408 prescriptions,and the drug properties were mainly cold and warm.The taste of drugs were mainly bitter,sweet and pungent.There were 12 kinds of drugs involved,and the top 3 were eliminating phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,clearing heat and diaphoresis relieving superficies.A total of 11 channels were involved,mainly lung channel,heart channel and spleen channel.Association rule analysis showed that the core combination of Fu Shuqing's drugs was"Tuckahoe-Pinellinae Rhizoma Praeparatum-Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus-Almond-Houttuyniae Herba-Forsythia Suspen-sa-Liquorice",and six new prescriptions with high associ-ation coefficient were obtained by cluster analysis.Con-clusion Director Fu Shuqing used Erchen Decoction and Fritillary and Almond Cough Mixture as the base for the treatment of pe diatric cough,based on the lung,heart,spleen(stomach)and liver,starting from the relationship of"phlegm-qi-fire",reregulating qi and reducing fire in resolving cough,making good use of the method of acrid opening and bitter downhearing,and liked to use the medicine of Almond-Platycodonisi Radix,Pinellinae Rhizoma Praeparatum-Armeniacae Semen Amarum,Pinellinae Rhizoma Praeparatum-Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus,Houttuyniae Herba-Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus.Make good use of the four methods of"as-cending-descending-clearing-moistening".关键词
