Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of internet of things technology on instrument sterilization and medical safety in regional disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 200 devices recovered from the Disinfection Supply Center,Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(100 devices from January to June 2023)and observation group(100 devices from July to December 2023)according to the time.The control group adopted the conventional disinfection supply management method,and the observation group adopted the disinfection supply management method supported by the internet of things technology.The differences of supply quality and pass rate between the two groups were compared.Results The preparation time,retrieval time and supplement time of observation group were shorter than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The qualified rates of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization,packaging and supply in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of quality,safety and overall service quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).During the observation period,there was 1 medical safety accident caused by equipment in the observation group and 4 cases in the control group.Conclusion The use of internet of things technology in regional disinfection supply center can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of equipment supply,improve the quality of equipment disinfection and sterilization,and ensure the safety of supply,which is worth learning.关键词
