Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of illness perception nursing model on illness perception,psychological resilience,self-management and compliance in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 102 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Jinjiang Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group(n=51)and control group(n=51).Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the experimental group received illness perception nursing model on the basis of routine nursing.The clinical scores(brief illness perception questionnaire[BIPQ],Connor-Davidson resilience scale[CD-RISC],chronic kidney disease self-efficacy[CKD-SE]),disease coping style,hemodialysis compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the BIPQ and CD-RISC scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the CKD-SE score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the face dimension score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the avoidance and yield dimension scores were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of diet,fluid,medication,program compliance dimension and total compliance score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of illness perception nursing model in patients with chronic renal failure can improve the disease cognition and psychological resilience of patients,and has a positive effect on improving the self-management level and hemodialysis compliance of patients,and the nursing satisfaction of patients is high.关键词
