舒适护理在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响OA
Application effect of comfort nursing in elderly patients with chronic heart failure and its influence on quality of life
目的 探讨老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)护理中应用舒适护理对患者生活质量的影响.方法 选取2021年2月至2023年2月上饶市人民医院收治的80例CHF老年患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例).对照组施以常规护理模式,观察组在常规组的基础上施以舒适护理.患者观察时间为30 d,比较两组患者临床症状改善时间、护理依从性、生活质量及护理满意度.结果 护理后,观察组患者护理总依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.0…查看全部>>
