摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing program design in patients after transanal total mesorectal resection(TaTME).Methods A total of 130 patients with rectal cancer treated with TaTME in the Depart-ment of Gastrointestinal Oncology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from May 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random odd and even drawing method,they were divided into the control group and the study group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given evidence-based nursing program design on the basis of routine nursing.The postoperative pain score,postopera-tive complications and the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group on the 2nd and 4th day after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,vital-ity,physical role and general health status of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The score of nursing satisfaction after operation of study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Applica-tion of the evidence-based nursing program design in rectal cancer patients after TaTME can effectively prevent postoperative complications,relieve postoperative pain,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of application.关键词
