慢性心力衰竭患者血清氧化应激标志物超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛、一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶与心室重塑的相关性
Correlation between serum markers of oxidative stress such as superoxide dismutase,malondialdehyde,nitric oxide,nitric oxide synthase and ven-tricular remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum oxidative stress factors superoxide dismu-tase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO),nitric oxide synthase(NOS)and ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 112 patients with chronic heart failure from Shangyou County People's Hospi-tal from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into ventricular remodeling group and non-ventricular remodeling group according to whether ventricular remodeling occurred.The levels of SOD,MDA,NO and NOS between the two groups were compared to explore the relationship between each index and ven-tricular remodeling.Results The levels of MDA,NO,NOS,left ventricular mass index(LVMI),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)and left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)in the ventricular remodeling group were higher than those in the non-ventricular remodeling group,and the levels of SOD and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were lower than those in the non-ventricular remodeling group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).According to Pearson cor-relation analysis,SOD level was negatively correlated with LVMI,LVESV and LVEDV levels(r=-0.586,-0.676,-0.711,P<0.05),and positively correlated with LVEF level(r=0.289,P<0.05).MDA levels were positively correlated with LVMI,LVESV and LVEDV levels(r=0.621,0.657,0.723,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with LVEF level(r=-0.302,P<0.05).NO levels were positively correlated with LVMI,LVESV and LVEDV levels(r=0.614,0.702,0.777,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with LVEF level(r=-0.220,P<0.05).NOS levels were positively correlated with LVMI,LVESV and LVEDV levels(r=0.646,0.679,0769,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with LVEF level(r=-0.312,P<0.05).The pre-dicted AUC values of SOD,MDA,NO,NOS,LVMI,LVESV,LVEDV and LVEF for patients with cardiac remodeling were 0.873,0.896,0.888,0.887,0.844,0.881,0.877 and 0.679.The index with AUC higher than 0.750 in the above indicators is jointly predicted,and its predicted AUC value was 0.918.Conclusion The levels of oxidative stress factors such as SOD,MDA,NO and NOS are closely related to ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure,which can reflect the changes of cardiac structure and function,and can be used as biomarkers to evaluate the process of ventricular remodeling.关键词
